Annual Fund

Thank you to all current and former parents, grandparents and friends who have donated to the School’s Annual Fund. We are now embarking on our fourth Annual Fund with a range of new and exciting projects that we hope current and former parents, former pupils and friends of the school will feel they wish to support. The Annual Fund has made a real difference with our Juniors enjoying their outdoor classroom and sensory garden and our Seniors benefiting from the additional equipment provided in sport, music and drama.

Should you wish to discuss the range of projects established for 2011-2012 or some other aspect of the Annual Fund, please do not hesitate to contact the Headmistress, Mrs Valerie Dunsford at School.

Thank you to all parents who have already donated to the last year’s Fund. This has enabled us to purchase many items of use to the girls in school.

This year’s Annual Fund campaign is going very well. Donations so far will enable us to purchase new honours boards for both the Junior and Senior schools as well as the first board for the PE Department. A very generous donation from a former pupil will enable the refurbishment of Moor Lodge to create a common room for Year 11 girls. New outdor PE lockers will also be purchased and relocated nearer the Sports Hall.

When their daughters leave the School, some parents are now choosing to donate deposits refunded by the Trust to the Annual Fund. All monies donated in this way are then applied to sixth form projects.
