Sports Presentation Evening - March 2010

We have pleasure in inviting you and your daughter to the inaugural SHS Sports Presentation Evening on Tuesday 16 March in the Main School Hall, starting at 7pm.

This event is to recognise the involvement and achievement of all our girls in an informal and social setting. All girls who have attended any extra-curricular sporting club or events in the last 12 months are invited to be congratulated.

There will be presentations by both girls and staff to recognise all levels of participation, individual practical performance, team achievements, leadership and volunteering in both coaching and officiating.

There will also be a light buffet and an opportunity to socialise with the whole sporting community at SHS. The charge for this event is £6 per adult and £3 per pupil as a contribution towards the cost of refreshments.

To reserve your place, please complete the reply slip on the Invitation Letter (401.2 KB .pdf file) and return to the PE Office in School as soon as possible.
