"Stars in their As" at Sheffield High!
We’re celebrating the first year of the new A*grade at A-level (awarded to around only 8% of candidates in the country) with an amazing 20% of our results coming in at this new top grade!
The breakdown of our results shows that, in the school’s unrivalled eighth year of a 100% pass rate, 93% of our students achieved grades A* to C, with 55% of them at grades A* or A. One student has gained five A* grades and 7 of the girls have three A* grades or more!
Once again, the girls at Sheffield High continue to buck the national trend, with large numbers of them achieving outstanding results in Maths, Further Maths and the Sciences, with Biology and Chemistry being the most popular choice for our sixth form students.
